Our Approach to Certifications & Audits
You have seen supplier websites wallpapered with certificate logos. Here is the uncomfortable truth about that wall: a logo image proves nothing, a scanned certificate can be borrowed, and trading companies decorate their homepages with documents belonging to factories they have never entered. We take a different position. Wigiva's verification package is real, current and shared directly with serious buyers — third-party audit reports, our business license and export records are available on request under NDA. We would rather hand you documents you can actually check than decorate this page with badges you cannot.
What We Share Under NDA
- Business license — our registered manufacturing entity, so you can confirm you are contracting with a factory, not a reseller with a nice website.
- Third-party audit reports — independent factory audit documentation, shared in full under NDA so you can verify dates, scope and auditor directly.
- Export records — evidence of real international shipments, because a factory that exports has a paper trail a trading company cannot fake convincingly.
- Production documentation — the QC checklists and spec sheets we actually run on the lines, summarized on our quality control page.

Why We Don't Publish Certificate Scans
Three reasons, and they protect you as much as us. First, publicly posted factory documents get harvested — by trading companies who then present our factory's credentials as their own. Second, certificate scans on a webpage are unverifiable anyway; a document worth checking is worth receiving directly, with metadata intact. Third, serious due diligence in 2026 is not badge collection. It is a live video tour, a physical sample, a third-party inspection and a paper trail under NDA. Those four things cannot be Photoshopped, and we offer all four.
How to Verify Us Without a Certificate
If you do only three things before wiring money to any wig supplier, do these:
- Book a live video factory tour. Ask to see the ventilation room, the wefting machines and the QC stations in real time, unedited. A factory says yes in five minutes; a middleman needs a week to "arrange" it. Book yours from the factory page.
- Order a physical sample. Judge knotting, lace, density and stitching with your own hands. Our sample policy explains cost, lead time and shipping in plain terms.
- Send a third-party inspector. Before your first bulk shipment, have an inspection company walk the line and check the goods. We welcome it — suppliers with something to hide find reasons to delay it.
