The Six Fields
We keep the RFQ to six fields because a quotation should start a conversation, not an interrogation. Copy this list into your email and fill in what you can — partial answers are fine:
- Product — category and construction, e.g. "13x4 HD lace front wig" or "raw hair bundles, body wave". Browse our HD lace, lace front, glueless, raw bundles or extensions pages for spec vocabulary.
- Quantity — units per SKU or a rough total range.
- Target price (optional) — if you have a landed-cost target, tell us; we will tell you honestly what it buys.
- Specs — lengths, density, lace type, textures, colors. Reference photos or links help enormously.
- Packaging — neutral, or private label (boxes, hang tags, silk bags, inserts to your artwork).
- Country & channel — destination market and whether you sell through salons, e-commerce, Amazon or distribution.
How to Send It
Email your six fields to info@wigiva.com — the button below opens a pre-formatted email with the six fields ready to fill. Attach reference photos or a spec sheet if you have them; if you have a physical sample you want matched, say so and we will give you the mailing address for our sample room.
What You Get Back
Within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) you receive a factory-direct quotation: unit pricing at your stated quantities, the spec our technicians understood from your brief, sample cost and timeline, a production window for the bulk run, and shipping options with terms. If anything in your request is ambiguous, we ask before we quote — a wrong assumption in a quotation becomes a wrong wig in a carton. If you want to evaluate quality before committing, the natural next step after your quote is a sample order.
How We Price
Our quotes are ex-works logic: hair grade, hand-work hours, materials and packaging, plus margin. No hidden handling fees, no "service charges" appearing after you approve the number — the figure on the quotation is the figure on the invoice. There is no middleman layer to hide inside the number — buyers switching from trading companies typically find a markup of 15–40% has been sitting in their old price. MOQ depends on the product line and customization level and is stated plainly in your quotation: stock-style wigs start from low quantities, while full-custom OEM runs are quoted per project. Payment terms are standard B2B and laid out in the quotation — nothing verbal, nothing "to be confirmed later." For how a quote becomes a sample and then a bulk run, see the OEM/ODM process.
Still validating us first? Fair. Book a live video factory tour or review our verification documents policy — then come back for the quote.
