Privacy Policy
Wigiva is a B2B wig manufacturer. Our relationship with you starts when you contact us — by email or through a quote request — and this policy explains, in plain terms, what information that involves and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what a wholesale conversation requires, we use it only to do business with you, we never sell it, and you can have it corrected or deleted at any time.
What We Collect
When you inquire about products, request a quotation, order samples or place an order, you provide us with:
- Contact details — your name, business email address, and any phone or messaging contact you choose to share.
- Business information — your company name, country and market, as relevant to quoting, producing and shipping your order.
- Inquiry and order content — the product specifications, reference materials, artwork and requirements you send us.
- Shipping details — the delivery address and consignee information needed to ship samples and orders to you.
We collect this information directly from you in the course of our correspondence. We do not purchase contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from third parties.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotations.
- To produce samples and orders to your specification.
- To arrange shipping and prepare export documents for your orders.
- To communicate with you about your orders, restocks and specification changes.
- To meet legal, tax and customs record-keeping obligations that apply to export trade.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not send promotional email without your consent.
What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal or business information to anyone.
- We never share your product specifications, designs, artwork or branding with other customers.
- We never publish your name, company or order details as marketing material without your written permission.
Who Sees Your Information
Your information is handled by the Wigiva team members who need it to serve you — sales, production planning, packing and shipping coordination. Where third parties are operationally necessary — for example the carrier delivering your shipment — they receive only what that delivery requires, such as the consignee name and address. Your artwork and product specifications remain confidential and are used for your orders only.
Retention
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as our business relationship is active, and afterwards as required by the legal, tax and customs obligations that apply to export trade. Quotation and sample correspondence for inquiries that do not convert into orders is kept for a limited period so we can continue the conversation if you return, and is deleted on request.
Your Rights: Access, Correction, Deletion
You may ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, subject only to records we are legally required to retain (for example completed export transactions).
To exercise any of these rights, email info@wigiva.com with the subject "Privacy Request." A person — not an automated system — will handle it.
Security
Access to customer information is limited to the staff who need it for your business. Order and shipping records are stored in access-controlled systems. If you ever suspect misuse of information you have shared with us, contact us immediately at info@wigiva.com.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than edited quietly.
