Quotations are built on ex-works logic: hair grade, labor hours, materials, packaging, margin. There is no broker layer, which is why a real factory price typically runs 15–40% below a trading company's quote for the same construction. Volume tiers are shown explicitly in your quotation.

Samples are typically ready in days for stock styles; custom samples and bulk lead times depend on construction and volume and are confirmed in your quotation. We give you the production floor's real dates, not buffered ones.

Start with a sample order by express, then a first bulk order — many new importers choose DDP for a single landed cost, then move to FOB with their own forwarder as volume grows. Your quotation states the term, documents and timeline in writing.

Ask them for a live video call from the production floor, and propose a third-party pre-shipment inspection. A factory says yes to both quickly. A trading company needs time to "arrange" the first and will negotiate the second.
